Role: Lead Service Designer
responsibilities
Project 1: Co-designed a spatial intelligence platform with Council, Retail and Transport partners. The platform used Machine Learning to process live camera footage and guide decision making for planning and operations.
Project 2: Designed the product strategy and road map of a telemetry product for its enterprise customers in the transport industry. This was inferred from insights surfaced using mixed research methods and facilitating workshops.
Designed and facilitated co-design workshops with senior stakeholders, enterprise partners, research participants and vendors. Developed product offerings and customer experience shared vision, Jobs To Be Done and challenges that surfaced during these co-design workshops.
Scoped and conducted qualitative research which was synthesised into insights, personas, systems maps, journey maps, service blueprints, process maps, low-fidelity concepts and prototypes.
Closely collaborated with UX designers to translate research insights into designs, and train the team with Human-Centred Design practices.
Trained and guided the team on HCD practices by defending and provings each method and phase’s effectively along the way.

Digital and physical
The product used Machine Learning to drive data-driven decision making in space planning, operational efficiency and for targeted marketing use cases. The MVP was released for a Council customer and a Retail customer where tested use cases were developed into a service which included a hardware- Video analytics camera- and a portal to manage and visualise the incoming data. |
